Tour “In Klaipėda. On the other side of the river” with a tasting of Lithuania Minor dishes

If you already know every corner of Klaipėda Old Town, it is time to find out what lies across the river. We invite you on an interesting and inspiring walk through central Klaipėda, full of historical, cultural and culinary discoveries.
A timeline depicting the most important events in the development of the city of Klaipėda, buildings that recall royal history, memorial signs to the founder of Lithuanian fiction and the historical layers of the Sculpture Park. You will find out what connects the philosopher L. Donskis with the former Auguste Viktoria Lyceum and where in Klaipėda Adolfas Ramanauskas-Vanagas, one of the leaders of the partisan resistance, studied.
You will end your journey by tasting authentic dishes of Lithuania Minor.

During the tour, you will taste:
Memel meatballs;
Kintai “šiupinys” (hotchpotch) with mushrooms and bacon;
traditional crumble cake;
“kafija” (coffee).

Price per person: EUR 35.00.
Tour duration: 2.5 hours.
Groups of 10 to 50 people.

The tour can also be booked without the tasting of Lithuania Minor dishes; the price for a group of up to 35 people is EUR 120.00.
